What Is The Program?
Designed by chefs, farmers and artists, our year long curriculum is guided by the seasons and teaches the students about food through
S.N.A.C., our 4 main learning pillars:
Learn about the importance of protecting fish populations and the fishing methods to search for when purchasing seafood. Class wraps up with how to prepare different seafood dishes.

Summer in New York means fresh fruit and vegetables and the perfect opportunity to test out interesting and nutritious flavor profiles.
Teaching the medicinal properties of herbs and their many applications in cooking.
There's more to peppers that meets the eyes. Learn about the Scoville scale and different styles of preparing peppers.
There are veggies and fruits that are naturally sweet. We'll explore the naturally sweet things in life and the dangers in refined and added sugars.
How do we grow food in a concrete jungle? Learn all about growing an edible garden with our hydroponic wall.
