Opportunity to connect with other NYC foodies interested in sustainability over delicious food and drinks.
Take home a recipe list with step by step instructions and techniques, to recreate dinner at home with friends and family.

About the Chef
Chef Pierre Magnolini
Pierre Magnolini has been in the fine dining industry for over 15 years, specializing in French cuisine. Pierre’s extensive background comes from some of the most prestigious restaurants in Paris like 3-Michelin starred Le Meurice, 3-Michelin starred at Alain Ducasse at Hotel Plaza Athénée, and Michelin-starred Lucas Carton. From training under world-renowned Chef Alain Ducasse to becoming the inaugural Chef de Cuisine at Frevo in New York City – his growth has and always will be driven by his passion to bring people together through great food and unique experiences.
