We are thrilled to announce our June pop-up dinner featuring Chef Joel and Rachel of Flip Eats, highlighting heritage Filipino cuisine through a traditional Kamayan feast that will be 100% vegetarian. Guests can prepare for seasonally inspired courses featuring a rich balance of salty, sweet, and sour Filipino flavors with local, sustainably grown organic fruits and vegetables.

As always, 100% of ticket sales will go directly to supporting our youth education program.

About The Chef

Joel Javier

Joel Javier has been a chef in NYC for the past 20 years. He creates refined and thoughtful dining experiences through his evolving cuisine. Inspired by his travels in Asia and Europe, and his Filipino roots, along with his experience from working alongside Michelin-starred chefs, Javier’s personalized menus cover a wide array of preferences, with New American-Filipino food as his flagship cuisine. With a focus on local and seasonal ingredients, he creates unique and flavorful one-of-a-kind menus that you won't experience anywhere else. Javier, together with his wife Rachel, owns and runs Flip Eats, where they create custom meals and experiences, including but not limited to- private dinners, catering, pop-ups, weekly meals, and special events.
